Hi, I'm Maiyo.
I grew up in Cebu, and this city has shaped so much of who I am today. It's a place I deeply love, which is why I care about making life here a little easier for others.
One problem I've always noticed is how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy place to rent in Cebu. Social media groups can be filled with outdated or questionable listings, some rental platforms are confusing to use, and online scams have become increasingly convincing. Some of my own friends and family have experienced these challenges firsthand, which is one of the reasons I wanted to create Cebu Condo Finder.
My goal is simple: create a platform where people can search for rentals with confidence.
With Cebu Condo Finder, you connect directly with the person who listed the property, view the place before making any commitment, and never pay until you've decided it's the right space for you. No hidden fees, no misleading listings, just a transparent and trustworthy rental experience.

Registered renters see the lister's real contact details, so you deal with the person who can actually show you the space.

Never send money for a place you have not seen. Visit the unit, meet in person, and then decide. If a listing pressures you to pay before viewing, walk away and report it to us.
