About SRP, rents and nearby areas
South Road Properties, called SRP, is the reclaimed strip along the south coast of Cebu City, reached by the Cebu South Coastal Road. SM Seaside City Cebu is its anchor, with Il Corso and Cebu Ocean Park beside it. The Cebu Cordova Link Expressway starts here and crosses to Mactan, so the airport is reachable without passing through downtown.
More about SRP
The area is newer than the rest of the city and still filling in. Residential towers are few, which is why this page can be thin some weeks; the nearby pages for Guadalupe and Talisay usually carry more choice at similar rents.
Renters who pick SRP want sea views, newer buildings, quick access to SM Seaside and a drive to Mactan that avoids the old bridges. It suits families with a car and staff of the businesses inside SM Seaside.
