Listing rules

Listing Policy

Renters trust Cebu Condo Finder because every listing is reviewed by our team. By submitting a listing, you agree to the rules below.

Rule 1

Everything must be true

The rent, address, size, photos, and every detail in your listing must accurately describe the actual space being offered. No bait pricing, no outdated photos, no exaggerated descriptions.

Rule 2

No contact details in the listing text or photos

Phone numbers, email addresses, messenger handles (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram), and social media links do not belong in the title, description, or photos. Renters see your contact details after they sign in. That is how the platform works for everyone. Listings with contact info in the text are taken down.

Rule 3

You must have the right to rent it out

Only list a space you own, or one you are expressly authorized to rent out by the owner. We may ask for proof (e.g. tax declaration, title, or written owner authorization) at any time.

Rule 4

Use real photos of the actual unit

Photos must show the actual space being rented, not showroom photos, stock images, or a different unit in the same building.

Rule 5

No people, IDs or documents in photos

Keep recognisable people, IDs, bills, mail and vehicle plate numbers out of your photos, or blur them before you upload. It protects your tenants and you. Photos that show them are held back at review.

Rule 6

One listing per space

Do not post duplicate listings of the same space to gain extra visibility.

Rule 7

The space must be available

Mark your listing as "Rented" as soon as you find a tenant. Keeping unavailable listings live wastes renters' time and hurts everyone's trust in the platform.

Rule 8

No scams, no discrimination, no illegal activity

Collecting deposits before viewing, phantom units, and discriminatory conditions are strictly prohibited and will be reported where appropriate.

What happens if a listing breaks these rules

Listings that break this policy are taken down straight away. Repeated or serious breaches, such as scams or fake listings, lead to account suspension. Listing is free, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. If your listing came down and you think we got it wrong, fix the issue and contact us and we will put it back.
