Common questions
Is it really free? What is the catch?
There is no catch. Publishing a listing costs nothing. It goes live once our team approves it and stays live until you take it down. No card, nothing charged.
Will you start charging me later?
Listing stays free. If we ever add optional extras, such as boosting a listing, they will be optional and priced on the site before they exist. The listing itself stays free, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Why is there no Featured option?
Featured placement only means something when it is scarce. While every listing is free, we are not selling the spotlight. Our team still features listings by hand when they are a genuinely good match for what renters are searching.
How long does my listing stay up?
Until you take it down. Once a month we email to ask if the space is still available, and one tap answers. If three of those go unanswered we take the listing off the site so renters are not sent to a space that is gone, and one tap puts it back.
What if my space gets rented?
Mark it as rented. It comes off the market, and you can relist it with one tap if the deal falls through.
Do renters pay anything?
No. Renters browse free, and they always will. Registering a free account unlocks the contact details on a listing so renters can reach you directly. We never charge renters and we never sell their details.
