I built this so nobody here has to guess what a place should cost. These numbers come from our own listings, and I share them every month for all of us in Cebu.
How it's counted
Based on the 302 listings live on Cebu Condo Finder on September 25, 2026, and the messages renters sent through the site since launch day, August 17. Rents are the asking price set by the lister. Every figure is a median, the middle value, so one very high or very low listing does not move it. Groups under 5 listings and listings under ₱3,000 are left out. Totals only; nothing here points to a listing, a lister or a renter. This is the first edition and it covers everything since launch, so there is no comparison with last month yet. October's edition will be the first single month.
