Furnished 4 bedroom house in Cebu City. 220 sqm, 3 baths, parking, aircon, refrigerator.
Description
The whole point of this house is what happens when you slide the doors open. This house for rent in Tisa sits high in South Hills Subdivision, and the living floor opens onto a terrace that runs the length of the house, looking down over Cebu City to the sea. Inside, the plan is open and unfussy. Living, dining and kitchen share one bright floor with the terrace along the front, so the view sits in the room rather than at the end of a corridor. The bedrooms step off the internal stair on their own levels, four in total with three bathrooms between them, and a second terrace at the back turns away from the city to face the green ridge instead. A covered carport sits at the gate, and the house comes furnished.
